The 3rd generation by Formlabs with the new LFS technology (Low Force Sterolithography) and the exclusive use of biocompatible resins enables an improvement of the work processes plus the precise production of high-quality dental parts. 

Form 3BL Dental is equipped with an extra large build volume, 2 Resintanks and two new 250 mW precision lasers. It achieves an XY-resolution of breathtaking 25μm. The custom-designed Light Processing Units (LPUs) in the printer use a compact lens and mirror system to ensure accurate and repeatable part production. Integrated sensors continuously monitor the production process, ensuring ideal conditions and reliable results for large and small components.
The revised cartridge system allows easy and quick material changes. In addition, print jobs can be started remotely via remote control and dashboard. The management of print queues provides ideal conditions for close and efficient teamwork.
