Form Wash L

Form Wash L automatically cleans SLA prints in a bath of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or tripropylene glycol monomethyl ether(TPM). 

The liquid gets into all areas of the printed 3D model, even into the otherwise inaccessible areas. As a Form 2/ 3/ 3B/ 3BL/ 3L user, you will enjoy the benefit of not having to remove the printout from the build platform prior to the cleaning process. The Form Wash L suppports the use of one Form 3L build platform or two Form 2 build platforms with the included build platform adapter, allowing you to integrate seamlessly into any Formlabs SLA workflow. 

Form Wash L is optimized for all Formlabs SLA materials and accessories. The pre-programmed recommended wash settings for each material minimize the time spent in the machine.

The otherwise manual cleaning process can be very time-consuming. If the component stays in the alcohol for too long, it can deform. The unpopular warping effect is also a frequent consequence of manual reworking. Form Wash L immediately lifts the part out of the bath after the wash time to allow it to air dry. 

The volume of the wash station is 43 litres and is sufficient for the post-processing of at least 70 SLA prints. The built-in hydrometer lets you know when the alcohol needs to be replaced. A supplied funnel device facilitates the exchange of the liquid.
