Description

The DiamondBack Prusa nozzles were developed in close collaboration with E3D and specifically optimized for the Prusa Nextruder. They offer the ultimate combination of precision, durability and print quality and are ideal for demanding filaments such as fiber, metal or ceramic filled materials.

Ultimate Abrasion Resistance
Thanks to the solid polycrystalline diamond tip (PCD), DiamondBack nozzles offer unmatched wear resistance. The diamond consists of thousands of tiny crystals bonded through diamond-to-diamond connections. This preserves the extreme hardness of the material while reducing brittleness. This makes it perfect for abrasive technical filaments.

Precision Printing with Diamond Tip
Unlike coated nozzles, the tip is made from a solid diamond insert, the hardest material in the world. This ensures consistent material flow, precise extrusion and excellent print quality even during extended use.

Durability and Smooth Surfaces
The PCD material provides a significantly longer lifespan than conventional nozzles. Its high thermal conductivity improves layer adhesion while the low friction coefficient and polished tip produce exceptionally smooth surfaces with an iron-like finish.

Effortless Upgrade
The nozzle can be easily replaced without any adjustment to the mount or cooling system. It is fully compatible with the Prusa Nextruder and ready to use immediately.
