How to place an order


Place an order

Ordering at Filafarm is easy! You can do this at any time on our website.

All products can be found easily via our product search. 
If you have selected a suitable product, you can select the respective variant, ie the product, size, color, etc. Select the desired number and place the item in the shopping cart. Then click on the "Add to Cart" button and you will be taken to the order process, you can also click on the shopping cart in and continue to process the order and redeem available vouchers in the checkout.
On the order page, enter the desired invoice and delivery address and choose your preferred payment method. Afterwards you can check your order again and submit. After receiving your order we will immediately send you an e-mail with our confirmation of receipt of your order, which we will process as soon as possible.

Availability and stock levels
We always try to have as many products as possible in stock for you. On our website you will find on the product page information about the delivery time. You can also see the shipping status for each product on the product page. We distinguish dates of delivery according to the following criteria:

- Delivery time within X / days: the product is available immediately or within a few days and will be shipped promptly.
- Ready to ship in X / weeks: the product is in the inflow and will be shipped immediately upon receipt.

Item not available
The item is currently not available and unfortunately we have no exact information when the item will be available again. We offer many innovative products to young companies and it is possible that certain manufacturers have delivery difficulties. 
Since we sometimes have no exact information about this, we are forced to temporarily deactivate the "Add to Cart" button. But you are welcome to contact by mail (info@filafarm.de).

Which special delivery methods areavailable?

Shipping by us
We usually ship most products directly from our warehouse. Upon shipment of your order, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and an invoice.

Shipping by the manufacturer or distributor
A few products are shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Unfortunately, no tracking is available for this shipping method, as it is not sent directly from our logistics center. On request, our support team will be glad to provide you with more detailed information.

What is an order note?

You can write an order note in the shopping cart. This additional note will be sent to our shipping department and will try to take it into account. However, you can not submit a message to the shipping service provider here. Our team will try to forward your messages to the shipping service provider. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that your message will also be considered by the shipping service provider.
