3D-Printer Original Prusa CORE One L+
Description
The Prusa CORE One L+ is the larger sibling of the proven CORE One+, offering double the build volume with only a slightly larger footprint. With a 300 × 300 × 330 mm (30 liter) print volume, an actively heated chamber up to 60 °C, and the new full-aluminum AC heatbed with dual-loop convection, it's built for effortless, warp-free large-format printing. Fits any workshop, makerspace, or design studio while significantly expanding the print volume.
When you buy a Prusa printer, the machine is fully yours, not just a license to use it. CAD files are open, firmware is on GitHub, and the printer runs entirely offline, with no cloud dependency or account required.
What's new in the L+ compared to the CORE One L:
- Integrated nozzle wiper for cleaner print starts, fewer loose strands and blobs on the print surface
- GT1.5 belts for smoother-looking surfaces with less visible repeating patterns, especially on large, smooth areas
- Updated firmware for easier everyday operation and reduced maintenance effort
The AC heatbed: A massive full-aluminum heatbed with dual-loop heating delivers a temperature deviation of less than 2 °C across 99% of the surface. Two fans underneath create a convection effect that brings the chamber to 60 °C quickly. Result: no cold corners, no warping, reliable model placement across the entire print area.

Flawless precision: In-house, quality-focused print profiles deliver accurate dimensional precision, verified by CT scan. The proven Nextruder with 360° cooling prints overhangs up to 75° without supports.
Surface quality: Current PrusaSlicer profiles nearly eliminate vertical fine artifacts and streaking. What comes off the heatbed can go straight out as a finished product.

Material versatility: Over 200 factory-validated filament profiles are ready to use. Besides PLA, PETG, and Flex, the heated chamber lets the CORE One L+ print demanding materials like ASA, ABS, PC, and PA (Nylon) without cracking or lifted corners. With the optional HT hotend upgrade, nozzle temperatures up to 400 °C are possible, for high-performance engineering plastics like PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, or PPA-CF.

Flexible filaments are no problem either: a side switch activates the FLEX loading mode for a wider, less restrictive filament path, while a second sensor in the print head keeps monitoring filament runout.

Unbox and print: The printer arrives factory-calibrated, including Input Shaper and Phase Stepping. Connect the display, select a language, and start printing, no manual calibration steps required.
For workshops and production: The print bed is 63% larger than the CORE One's, allowing significantly more objects per job, ideal for overnight runs or batch production. The 1080p night vision camera provides progress monitoring and notifications at any time.

Offline and secure: The CORE One L+ never requires a network connection. Configuration, slicing, and firmware updates all work fully offline. The Wi-Fi module can be physically removed for environments with elevated security requirements.
