The Prusa CORE One+ is a fully enclosed CoreXY 3D printer with active temperature control, built for top print quality and speed. This robust machine is easy to set up and durable, suitable for beginners and professionals alike. Designed and manufactured in the EU.
What's new in Gen 2: The second generation is still built on the same CORE One platform and adds several practical improvements: shorter wait times before printing starts, cleaner prints, smoother-looking surfaces, and easier access for maintenance. Additional firmware updates further simplify everyday operation.
- Automatic top vent operation: The extruder now automatically opens the vent for low-temperature materials (PLA/PETG) and closes it for high-temperature materials, keeping the ideal thermal environment without manual adjustment.
- Easier flex filament loading: A redesigned loading point makes inserting flexible filament quick and simple.
- New bayonet spool holder: Supports different spool sizes and is ready for a direct-feed dry box.
- Firmware & performance: Includes all software updates released across the CORE One's lifetime, for better print quality and smoother operation right out of the box.
Upgrade option: CORE One owners can switch to the CORE One+ (Gen 2) using free print-it-yourself files from Printables, or by purchasing the official upgrade kit.
Plug in and print: About 10 minutes from unboxing to first print. The CORE One+ comes with advanced sensors for a true "start-and-forget" experience, from fully automatic first-layer calibration to pausing prints and sending a notification when filament runs out.
Flawless precision: In-house, quality-focused print profiles deliver accurate dimensional precision. The improved Nextruder with 360° cooling enables flawless printing of 75° overhangs, saving both time and material.
Maximum speed without compromise: The CORE One+ is fast with any filament, not just specialized high-speed variants. Thanks to sturdy CoreXY kinematics, a high-flow nozzle, Input Shaper, and over 200 factory-tuned print profiles, speed doesn't come at the cost of quality.
Compact footprint, large volume: The CORE One+ needs 50% less space than an MK4S in an enclosure, while offering 30% more build volume. The ideal solution for a home, workshop, or print farm.
Ideal for demanding materials: The compact chamber quickly reaches temperatures up to 55 °C, allowing ASA, ABS, PC, PA (Nylon), and other demanding materials to print smoothly without warping. The automatic ventilation system with active temperature control also enables flawless PLA printing with the door fully closed.
Robust steel exoskeleton: The CORE One+ is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, providing excellent stability and rigidity. Maintenance still stays simple: every part can be disassembled with a screwdriver, and spare parts are kept in stock for years.
Seamless workflow: The CORE One+ comes with a full ecosystem: a large free 3D model library, user-friendly software, remote management, a mobile app, and quality materials, all working together.
