How to use your account

In the section "My account" you can:

The overview gives you a quick overview:

Under "My orders" you will find an overview of your last orders. You can track the status of your orders and view the details of each order.

How can I change the delivery address?

As a customer with your own customer account, you can enter several addresses and select to which address the parcel is to be sent or to a Packstation near you.

Remember that each transport company has its own packing stations:

It is also important that you add the address of the Packstation and your name as a separate address file in your account, otherwise you will not receive the package. Just mentioning in the order note that you want to pick up the parcel at a Packstation does not work, because the address to which the parcel will be sent will be your specified home address.

How can I change the billing address?

You can change your billing address at any time. Simply edit your billing or delivery address in your personal XXXXX. You can also edit this address directly during each order process

Please note that after completing an order the address cannot be changed in your account. If you wish to change the billing address after completing an order, please contact our XXXX.

You can change your email address or password at any time XXXX. To change your email address, simply edit your personal data in the overview of your account. To change your password, select "Change password" from the menu on the left.

Notification list

If a product you would like to order is temporarily unavailable, we can notify you as soon as it is available again. To do this, simply click on the "Notify as soon as available" button on the product and this product will be added to your personal notification list. You will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

Reorder products

You have the possibility to reorder products that you have already ordered. Simply click on the field "reorder products", select the period when you last ordered the product and add it to your shopping cart.

You can also add and order other products in the shopping cart at any time.   

We would be pleased if you also rate products you have bought from us. This will give us and all our customers valuable assistance. In order to rate products, you must be logged in to our website. You can find your purchased products in the XXXXX section. There you can then easily and uncomplicatedly rate your products. Of course, you can also rate products on the corresponding product pages.

The rating works with stars, whereby 5 stars corresponds to the best rating. You can also comment on the product. Use this function to give us and other customers a better impression of the product.

When writing an article evaluation we ask you to consider the following guidelines:

• Focus exclusively on the product you want to review and your actual experience with it.
• The rating should not refer to our customer service, ordering or shipping process. If you have any questions about shopping or comments about our shop, please contact our customer service.
• Provide specific details about the pros and cons of the product.
• Remember that the purpose of the item review is to assist other customers who are considering purchasing this product.
