What’s new for the CORE One+
The Prusa CORE One+ is the next evolution of our proven workhorse. It includes key hardware quality improvements taken from the CORE One L, combined with all firmware updates developed throughout the entire lifespan of the CORE One.
This combination delivers the best print quality, smooth operation, and a more autonomous, hassle-free user experience.
Main features:
- Automatic top vent operation: The extruder now automatically opens the vent for low-temperature materials (PLA/PETG) and closes it for high-temperature materials to ensure the optimal thermal environment and create a true “set and forget” experience.
- Easy flexible filament loading: A redesigned filament entry point makes loading flexible filaments quick and simple.
- New bayonet spool holder: Allows you to use various spool sizes. Prepared for a direct-feed drybox setup.
- Firmware & performance: Includes all software updates from the entire lifespan of the CORE One, leading to even better print quality and smoother operation right out of the box.

HT Hotend Upgrade: Printing at 400 °C
Take your printer to the next level with our new High Temp Hotend Upgrade, available for the entire CORE One family (CORE One, CORE One+ and CORE One L).
This simple, quick-swap upgrade can be installed in under a minute and unlocks the ability to print at 400 °C, giving you the freedom to:
- Access new high-performance polymers: Print with industrial-grade materials such as PEKK-CF, PPS-CF, PPSU, PPA and PPA-CF, known for exceptional temperature and chemical resistance.
- Increase the strength of existing parts: Achieve stronger layer adhesion and produce parts up to 30% more durable using existing filaments like ASA, PA11CF, PCCF or even PETG.
- Meet industry standards: This upgrade enables you to print parts that meet strict certifications (such as AS9100 or ISO 10993) for critical, long-term applications.

The CORE One+ is a true workhorse 3D printer, developed in the proven Prusa tradition. Designed with a “built-to-last” philosophy and made from high-quality materials, the CORE One+ offers exceptional reliability with minimal maintenance.
The enclosed chamber, which can reach up to 55 °C, features active temperature control for high-quality printing across a wide variety of materials, from PLA and PETG (even with the door closed) to more demanding materials like ASA, PC, or Nylon.

The Prusa CORE One+ requires 50% less space than the MK4S in an enclosure, while providing a 30% increase in print volume. Space efficiency matters – even to us! With a massive print farm of over 600 machines, the compact footprint and optimized design of the CORE One+ allow us to fit even more printers in the same area and boost our production.

The chamber is as compact as possible, with a smart recess on each side to minimize its volume. This allows the chamber to reach higher temperatures (up to 55 °C) more quickly, enabling smooth, warp-free printing of demanding materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA (nylons) and more. The automatic ventilation system and active temperature control ensure flawless PLA printing – even with the door completely closed!

The Prusa CORE One+ is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer, providing excellent stability and rigidity.
