The CORE One L is much more than just a larger CORE One. We did not simply scale it up; we took everything that worked well and added features for effortless large-format printing.
For the enclosure, we chose an effective combination of a solid steel frame and aluminum panels to create a lighter version of our proven exoskeleton design. And the result speaks for itself: the outer dimensions of the machine are only 10% larger than those of the CORE One, while maintaining the same weight and doubling the build volume!
The standard heatbed has been replaced by our new AC convection heatbed with active air circulation for excellent heat distribution inside the chamber. The printer features a removable 1080p camera with night vision, two nozzles included in the package, fully automatic chamber temperature management, easier FLEX filament loading and much more.

Thanks to the materials used, the new heatbed offers the best possible heat distribution, allowing you to print effortlessly from edge to edge.
New AC heatbed with convection heating
No cold corners, fast heating
The new massive AC heatbed is made from a thick aluminum block to ensure the best possible heat distribution. The result is perfectly even heat distribution from edge to edge - no cold spots, no cold corners. You can place your model anywhere within the print area without worrying about lifted corners or warping. Two fans on the underside of the heatbed create a convection effect - they draw in cold air and blow it over the massive heated surface to quickly bring the chamber up to 60°C.

The chamber is as compact as possible, and thanks to the new active heat circulation through a new high-performance heatbed with two fans, it heats up to 60°C in record time. This allows you to print advanced materials such as ASA, ABS, PC, PA (nylon) and many more with ease. And the results will be impressive: no cracks, no lifted corners, no warping.

New option for loading flexible filaments
The side filament sensor can be switched into flexible filament loading mode using a physical switch - this disables the filament sensor and opens a wider, less restrictive path for flexible materials. A second filament sensor in the print head continues to monitor filament runout.

The Prusa CORE One L is built as an all-steel exoskeleton. The enclosure is an integral part of the printer and gives it excellent stability and rigidity. The maintenance is still easy, and if you need to replace a worn part in a few years, it is straightforward. You can take everything apart with a screwdriver. As usual, we keep spare parts in stock for years.

The CORE One L is equipped with an accelerometer, and the firmware includes a built-in assistant for setting the optimal belt tension. The printer is factory pre-calibrated, but if you want to ensure 100% performance after major maintenance, you can recalibrate everything through the menu at any time. The printer comes with two nozzles, high-flow and abrasion-resistant, to cover every filament.
